Christian Birth Doulas
We will be providing training to Christian doulas in the near future. We are currently considering whether that will be through a national organization such as DONA or ICEA, however we are prayerfully considering restarting the Cascade certification. Your prayers on this matter are coveted.
Additionally, Cascade is in the process of building a resource for parents who are looking for like-minded support in the community. If you would like to have your name given to parents as a potential doula, please feel free to reach out and let us know about your practice. We are currently compiling a list of Christian birth professionals that should be published soon.
If you are in the Baltimore/DC/Virginia area, we are looking for Christian birth doulas to provide backup for each other. Please let us know if you are interested in connecting!
